Voice notes read and answered by AI
Customers too lazy to type and send voice messages? AI listens, turns them into text, then answers from your catalog and FAQ. Your support team just reads the text in the inbox, without playing each one.
Connect the WhatsApp business number you already use. AI answers from your catalog and FAQ, your support team replies from one inbox, and your app can send OTPs and notifications through the API.
From Rp25.000 per month. No credit card, no number change.

Transfer receipt photos are read instantly: the receiving account, amount, date, and reference number are matched. Fakes, underpayments, or old receipts are flagged before your goods ship.
On the Pro and Business plans, AI is included: no need to create an OpenAI or other provider API key. See plans

Just like opening WhatsApp Web. The number keeps working as usual on your phone.

Paste your FAQ, upload a PDF or DOCX catalog, or enter a website link. AI answers only from there, in the tone you set, during the hours you choose.
Every chat from every business number lands in one place, like WhatsApp Web, but several admins can open it together. You see right away which chats AI has answered and which need a human.
OTPs, invoices, due date reminders, order notifications. Incoming messages are forwarded to your webhook with an HMAC signature.

A fair question. Here's an honest comparison.
| WatsapBro | Official API (via a provider) | Manual reply | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Get started | Scan the QR, about 5 minutes | Business verification and registration, can take days | Direct |
| Number | Your existing number, still active on the phone | Usually a dedicated number for the API | Your existing number |
| Fee | Fixed per month, from Rp25.000 | Per-message fees from Meta plus provider fees | Admin time and salary |
| First message to the customer | Free-form | Requires Meta-approved templates | Free-form |
| Chats at 2 a.m. | Answered by AI from your data | Needs a separate chatbot | Waiting for morning |
| Things to keep in mind | Numbers can be banned if used for spam. Follow the anti-ban guide | Best for very large volumes | Chats pile up when it's busy |
Sending hundreds of thousands of promotional messages a day? The official API fits better. For stores, clinics, agents, and support teams that want to get going fast at a predictable cost, WatsapBro is more practical.
Choose by number count and message quota. Upgrade or downgrade anytime.
No. WatsapBro uses a WhatsApp Web (linked device) connection from your own number. No Meta approval and no per-message fees, but please use it responsibly.
There is a risk if it is used for spam or broadcasts to people who do not know you. For OTPs, transaction notifications, and messages to your own customers, the risk is low. Use a dedicated number, not your personal one.
Not all the time, but the main phone needs to come online at least once every ~14 days so WhatsApp does not unlink the device.
Virtual accounts for all banks, QRIS, and e-wallets. Your plan activates automatically once payment is received.
Only successfully sent messages count (API, broadcast, and test messages), reset on the 1st of every month. When the quota runs out, sending is rejected with code 429 until next month or until you upgrade.
Anytime from the Billing menu. Renewing the same plan adds days from the current end date.
