Privacy Policy

Data we store

Account name, email, and phone number, billing data, the WhatsApp numbers of linked devices, and delivery logs (recipient number, message type, a content excerpt of up to 200 characters, status). Logs are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Data we do not store

We do not store passwords in plain form (they are hashed), do not store API keys in plain form (hashed), and do not store payment card data (processed by the payment gateway).

How data is used

Data is used to run the service, send transactional email (activation, invoices, reminders, device alerts), and provide customer support. We do not sell data to third parties.

Deletion

Request deletion of your account and all data through our support email.
