1. Service

WatsapBro provides an API for sending WhatsApp messages through the user's own number, linked as a device (WhatsApp Web). WatsapBro is not an official WhatsApp/Meta service and is not affiliated with them.

2. Prohibited use

Users may not use the service for spam, fraud, phishing, illegal content, gambling, pornography, or messaging recipients who have not given consent. Accounts that violate these terms may be terminated without a refund.

3. Blocking risk

Because it uses an unofficial connection, a WhatsApp number may be restricted or banned by WhatsApp. This risk is entirely the user's responsibility. WatsapBro is not liable for banned numbers.

4. Payment

Plans are paid in advance for their duration. Payments received are non-refundable, unless the service cannot be used due to an error on WatsapBro's side.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee 100% availability. Disruptions may occur due to changes by WhatsApp beyond our control.
